Technical Support Specialist

Location: Spokane, WA & San Luis Obispo, CA

Overview

We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to provide a customer focused on-going relationship with Quivers customers. A TSS will play a crucial role in ongoing customer satisfaction ensuring customer get the most value using using Quivers.

TSS’s responsibilities include technical on-boarding and ongoing technical support for each new client. A successful candidate will be a detail-oriented individual with previous experience in technical support for an enterprise software company. Quivers is known for our superior customer service and our Technical Support Specialists are very passionate about helping customers to solve complex and diverse problems.

Ideally, candidates for this role include computer technical knowledge, patience with those who are less technically savvy, troubleshooting, pattern evaluations and solutions, and discernment.

Scope of Responsibilities

  • Answer support-related phone calls

  • Respond to support emails/chats (technical and strategic) in a timely fashion

  • Provide succinct descriptions on client reported issues, and QA bugs and areas with potential room for improvement

  • Document and track common questions and issues

  • Support reports including current environment status and how to improve that space

  • Other special project assignments as time allows

  • Internal and external process and feature documentation remains current and accurate

 

Position Requirements

  • Familiarity (high-level knowledge) with web site hosting, databases, and programming.

  • Able to work rotating shifts including graveyard or swing, including holidays

  • Able to create a checklist and follow it in order of arrangement without losing track of completed tasks

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel

  • Familiarity Operating Systems like Linux, Mac OS, Android, iOS.
