Last week the Quivers team flew out to join the masses of auto enthusiasts and brands to take part in what is the second-largest trade show in vegas. The SEMA/AAPEX show had everything from vehicle lubricant and u-joint manufacturers, to glamorous high-end custom hot-rod builders and everything in-between. What a great chance for us to catch up with some existing clients Sparco, Rigid, Optima, Kicker, and Northstar. This was also an incredible opportunity to spread the word and see how Quivers can help more of these specialty automotive brands.
In a world where manufacturers are heavily reliant on their dealer and distributor networks to sell their product, we were delighted to confirm our suspicions that these folks were interested in hearing how they could sell direct while eliminating channel conflict. We also found that many of these amazing brands were ready to supe-up their customer experience. The opportunity to help these brands was knocking.
We want to thank everyone who allowed us to take some time out of what we can only imagine were some very busy schedules. The more insights we get, the more we understand how important the consumer experience is in the world of eCommerce, and how important it is to keep the consumer happy. It was reassuring to see brands recognize that importance.
